In This Cinema 4D R18 tutorial video, learn about the new Parallax Bump Mapping technique, a new feature for materials in Cinema 4D R18. With Parallax bump mapping in C4D R18, you can push what you can do with bump maps in Cinema 4D materials even further. By enabling Parallax Bump Mapping in Cinema 4D R18, you can create the illusion of elevated and sunken materials, without actually impacting the 3D geometry, which will save on render time in Cinema 4D R18. This new feature to materials and bump mapping in Cinema 4D R18 is a great new feature for this C4D R18 updates, and is is one of many updates for C4D R18, available in 2016.
