If you have a social media account, you'll want to ensure you have the proper security protections to avoid hacks.
But, for a Vancouver photographer, getting her Instagram account back after it was hacked and held for ransom was a challenge.
When she couldn't get help from the social media giant, she turned to Global's Consumer Matters' Anne Drewa for help to recover her account.
