Ingredients:
Chocolate Cake:
250g or 1 ½ cup Softened Butter
250g or 1 ½ cup Sugar
7 Large Eggs (first add 3 Eggs mix, add again 3 Eggs. last egg will be add on the Last part. Pls watch the video for the Procedure)
150g or 1 cup + 1/8 cup Flour ( i sued All Purpose Flour)
16g or 3 tsp Baking Powder
50g or ½ cup Cocoa Powder
¼ tsp or Pinch of Salt
Baking for 45mins in 175 Degree Celsius Pre-Heated Oven
Chocolate Pudding:
40g or ¼ cup Cornstarch
50g or ½ cup Cocoa Powder
¼ tsp or Pinch of Salt
200g or 1 cup Sugar
500ml or 2 cups Freshmilk
100g or ½ cup Sourcream (you can also use Yogurt, All Purpose Cream,Whipping Cream for alternative.)
25g or 1/8 cup Butter
Cooking from Normal Heat down to Low Heat Fire.
Chocolate Coat/Shard:
200g 60% Couvertur Chocolate or Semi-sweet Chocolate Bar.
