Steps:
1) First, download Android 6.0 MARSHMALLOW for Huawei GR5 from link given below:

3) Now go to the phone settings–update and press the menu button.

ProjectMenu --Software Upgrade --SD card update --Confirm
Your phone will auto reboot & update
6) Wait until the installation process is complete and then reboot your device.

If your phone can't load to system after you install custom rom or wipe
Shut down device
Copy Update.zip to "dload" folder on SD card
Volume up + down + power, it will auto reflash stock fimware
