Oat flakes 1 cup (100 g)
Milk 1 cup (240 ml)
Soak for 5 minutes
1 Apple (chopped)
1 Banana (mashed)
3 Eggs
Vanillin sugar optional
Baking powder 1 tsp
Olive oil
Baking pan 6 x 8 inch 15x20 cm
Chocolate 2 oz (60 g)
Walnuts 2 oz (60 g)
