Microsoft Excel Tutorial: Selecting Multiple Ranges in Excel without the Mouse.
Welcome to the MrExcel podcast. In this episode, we will be discussing the Shift+F8 Add to Selection feature in Excel.
This tip came from Neil Charles (@data_monkey on Twitter). He shared the Shift+F8 feature, which allows you to lock a selection and move around to select other cells. This is especially useful for charting, as it eliminates the need to constantly reach for the mouse. And this is just one of the many great tips that have been shared with me through this project. I am truly grateful for the support and collaboration of the Excel community.
In the meantime, let's dive into some more great Excel tips. In this episode, we will be discussing two more tips that have been shared with me through this project. The first one comes from Colleen Young, who showed us how to easily find and highlight differences between two sets of data. And the second one is another great tip from Neil Charles, who introduced us to the Shift+F8 feature. These are just a taste of the amazing tips that will be featured in the book, and I can't wait for you to discover them all.
Thank you for tuning in to this episode of the MrExcel podcast. I hope you enjoyed these Excel tips and are as excited as I am for the release of "MrExcel XL: The 40 Greatest Excel Tips of All Time". Don't forget to join us on IndieGoGo and be a part of this exciting project. Stay tuned for more great Excel tips and tricks in future episodes. Until next time, this is Bill Jelen, signing off.
