1½ cup - Canned Chickpeas (Cooked)
6 - 8 Garlic Cloves (Peeled)
1 tbsp - Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp - Salt
1 Lemon Juice
2 - 3 tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1½ tbsp - Red Chili Powder
6 - 8 Ice Cubes
Grind this into a thick paste
Top it up with the reserved chickpeas
Pour in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fill the platter with crunchies :
