Listen to more from Seether:
"Fine Again" by Seether is a song about feeling stuck in a routine and struggling with sadness and addiction. The singer expresses feeling empty and tired of the same old things. Even though they try to stay away from harmful habits, the pain is hard to handle, and they feel like they're falling apart inside. But, they come to realize that things will get better eventually, even if it's too late. The song talks about how it feels to watch dreams fade away and be called a liar for not being able to explain the pain. The repeated phrase "I am prepared now" shows that they're ready to face whatever happens, even if it's just for themselves.

Seether is a rock band from South Africa that started in 1999. At first, they were called Saron Gas until 2002, when they moved to the United States and changed their name to Seether. This was to avoid confusion with a harmful chemical called sarin gas. The band's lead singer and guitarist, Shaun Morgan, has been with the band the longest. Bassist Dale Stewart joined soon after the band formed, and drummer John Humphrey joined for their second album. Since 2018, the band has had a second guitarist named Corey Lowery. Other famous guitarists like Corey's brother Clint and Troy McLawhorn have played with the band on tours or recordings, but Shaun usually records most of the guitar parts for their albums.
