In an exclusive interview for Al Mayadeen, Caroline Rose, Director of the News Lines Institute, stated that the Biden administration might "maybe perhaps issue one condemnation of...the strike that we saw on this camp in the West Bank" on paper, suggesting that the US is privately discontent with "Israel's" attempts to expand its war on Gaza onto multiple fronts.
This discontent, she noted, stems from concerns that such actions could jeopardize ongoing ceasefire negotiations. Despite this, Rose expects that the US will refrain from issuing "harsh critiques or serious condemnations" as the US presidential election approaches.
