And I want to share with you a method we regularly use to create our own merchandise without tying up any of our cash.
It’s a method you probably have heard of called ‘pre-orders’. A pre-order essentially allows you to sell a product before you have to make it.
I’m going to show you how we did it with our custom Gi’s made by Scramble that resulted an extra £2.5k in profit in just a few weeks.
