1 Tomato with 3 Eggs! Easy recipe perfect for breakfast! Simple and delicious recipe!
Ingredients and recipe:
Eggs (3)
Salt & pepper
Onion (1/4)
Tomato
Butter (15g)
Green pepper
Carrots
Cheddar cheese
Add 3 eggs into a bowl
Salt & pepper to taste
Dice up 1/4 of onion
Add diced onion to eggs
Mix well
Thinly slice 1 tomato
Heat up a pan with medium fire
Melt 15g of butter
Add in the tomato
Cook for 1 minute and flip over
Add in the egg mix
Add in diced green pepper
Add in diced carrots (optional)
Cover the top with cheddar cheese
Cover with lid and let it cook for 3 minutes
