Only a few ingredients❗❗ The tastiest chicken recipe that's healthy and delicious
Ingredients and recipe:
Chicken Thigh 500g
Mushrooms 100g
Half of onion
3 tomatoes
Vegetable oil
Tomato paste 15g
Butter 30g
Water 1/2 cup
Basil
Season both side of chicken thigh with salt and pepper
Cut 100g of mushrooms
Cut half of onion
Cut 3 tomatoes
Add vegetable oil to pan with high heat
Cook tomatoes until soft
Add tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes
Set cooked tomato sauce aside
Add vegetable oil to another pan with high heat
Cook chicken thighs, 3 minutes per side
Set cooked chicken thighs aside
Add butter to the same pan and let it melt
Add in the onion and mushrooms, cook until soften
Add half cup of water
Add in the tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes
Add in the cooked chicken thighs, cook for 3 minutes
Salt and pepper to taste
Cover with lid and cook for another 5 minutes
Done! Garish with basil
