Consisting of 100 burpees with push up, tyre flips, bear crawls, and carrying heavy objects such as farmer carries, logs and rocks weighing between 20kg and 100kg.
I've done this workout with unfit students swapping the burpess for 5 pushups which makes it so much easier and I've done it for myself adding a 100m sprint after the tyre flips which makes it so much harder combined with 100 burpee pushups. The sprints would have made the video too long so I decided not to add them.
Play around with various objects and be creative with your workouts. This will not only shock the body but should keep you motivated and excited to keep training in new and unconventional ways.
