Try The Devils Workout if you Dare! It’s one hell of a full body workout! If you are able to complete this fitness challenge put your time in the comments so we can compare - be honest and try your best to keep good form throughout!

Complete 35 reps of the first 19 exercises totalling 665 reps with a 1 minute hold for exercise No. 20 making the full 666 reps for this full body fitness challenge!

If you do not have 6kg dumbbells for the first exercise just do burpee push ups - all other exercises no equipment needed!

For exercises No. 5, 7 and 16 make sure to do 35 reps per side!
