1. Prepare
- DC1 : Domain Controller (Yi.vn) | DC2 : Exchange Server | DC4 : RMS server
- DC3 : Certificate Server | WIN101, WIN102 : Client
2. Step by step : Create an e-mail template Prevent Print on DC4
- DC4 : Create a template named Prevent Print
+ Server Manager - Tools - Active Directory Rights Management Services - dc4.Yi.vn - Rights Policy Tempaltes
- Create distributed rights policy template :
+ 1. Add Template Identification... - Add - Name : Prevent Print, Description : Prevent Print - Add
+ 2. Add User Rights - Users ans rights - Add... [email protected] - Rights : Tick all ( eliminate Full Control and Print)
+ 4. Specify Extended Policy - Select "Enable users to view protected content using a browser add-on" ---- Finish
- Test template "Prevent Print"
+ WIN101 : Open Outlook using HiepIT account :
+ Send an email named "Test01 - Full control" to VietIT ( without RMS template )
+ WIN102 : Sign in OWA using VietIT account - Check email from HiepIT === full control
+ Send an email named "Test02 - Prevent Print" to VietIT ( using "Prevent Print" template )
+ WIN102 : Check email from HiepIT === can not Print
