Mass Effect 3 - Liara Meets Her Dad
Okay, so this takes place on the Citadel like 20 feet from Liara sitting at a table at that open air cafe thing. She wasn't there when the game started, She showed up about midway between the start and curing the genophage. And she isn't around after the attack on the citadel. Not sure if you have to do something to trigger her or not. Just saw her when I was doing my rounds.
