Honey Heart Cake - Medeno Srce Cake - Gingerbread Cake - Irma's Sofra
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of sugar AND 4 TBS of Sugar
1 1/2 cups of Flour * it is important that the half cup is not a full half cup (a little less than half a cup)
1 TBS cocoa
1 TSP cinnamon
1 TSP baking soda
1 cup warm water (works best at melting jam)
5 TBS jam of choice
1 TBS oil
8x11 glass pan being used*
20cm x 28cm
I said 10 minutes resting time but 8 works best*
Jam Glaze:
5 TBS jam of choice
3 TBS warm water
Mix this very well. It should smooth.
Chocolate topping:
1/2 cup of chocolate chips or 100g of chocolate
3 TBS oil
I melt it in the microwave 30 seconds at a time until melted.
