When stars die, they usually undergo a process that is famously known as a supernova. These destructive phenomena are some of the most cataclysmic, and also some of the deadliest events in the known universe. Astronomers using their advanced telescope have already photographed the closing seconds of a huge red supergiant star before it erupted Supernova for the first time. We now know more about supernovae than ever before. But you may be asking yourself what else is there to say about this topic since every 10th video on youtube is dedicated to a supernova. This is true. But in this release, let's see what would happen if our own Sun went Supernova in 2023?
