it’s finally time to review the movie Casino. Martin Scorsese really made a fascinating film that needs a lot of dissection to truly grasp how good it is. Sure it has some problems, especially with how it depicts locals, but generally it conveys a truly amazing message. This one really gets at the root of Vegas history. It’s a must watch for any local or those who actually want to learn about the history of the mob in Las Vegas.

It stars Robert De Niro, Sharon Stone, Joe Pesci, Don Rickles, Kevin Pollak and James Woods. The film was the eighth collaboration between director Scorsese and De Niro
