DJI Avata 2 first flight over water... what could possibly go wrong.
My first FPV flight with the DJI Avata 2 drone and just how good is it? Is it possible to fly this FPV drone for the first time and get some reasonably good footage?
I talk you through my experience with the Avata 2 and how easy it is to fly it even for someone new to FPV drones.
It's a completely different flying experience to a normal drone and yes it does take a small bit of getting used to.
I used the motion control for this flight but I have since bought the FPV controller 3 which I again discuss in the video.
This lake is called Barley Lake and no photograph or video I feel could ever do it justice, even the drive up to it is spectacular with 360 degree views on a thin winding mountain road.
