The final for WWC 10th competition held in Tokyo on Feb. 27th and 28th brought together 6 chefs who won the Regional Qualifying Tournaments in Paris, NY, and Singapore and the Online Qualifying Tournament. Over two days, they competed to display their skills and sensibility based on the competition’s main theme of “Umami” and this year’s theme of “DASHI”.
