This video shows the process of setting up the actual GA event. When the trigger from the previous video occurs, the tag is what happens directly after. In this case, you set the info to pass to Google Analytics about the Button click. This information contains a Category ('Call Now Button') and an Action (e .g. 'Phone') and you can optionally add a label and a monetary value as well.
