Seated Press 4 sets of 12
Upright dumbbell rows 4 sets of 12
Supersetted with Steering wheels for 30 seconds
Lateral to Front raises 3 sets of 10
Arnold press to French press seated 3 sets of 10
Cable tricep extensions 3 sets of 10 supersetted with Hammer Curls 3 sets of 10
Barbell Curls 3 sets of 10
And your done. Your shoulders will be burning by the end
