This is a 30 minute routine that uses includes knee raises to engage the core muscles, squat kicks (with optional 5kg dumbbell) a good triceps workout, an intense elbow climbers and knee touches in plank position, followed by crunches and reverse crunches... all whilst enjoying a nice hot cuppa tea - one of the joys of strengthening your body at home.
