For this challenge, I'm using 2kgs dumbbells and wearing a 5kg weighted vest.
You'll feel the burn in your quadriceps, and glutes. Notice that I raise my heels after every rep to activate the calves.
Feel free to do half squats if that's what you're comfortable with.
