Andi Sciacca is a writer, artist, educator, and award-winning scholar. She is currently completing her doctoral dissertation at the European Graduate School, having started her graduate education at City College of New York (CUNY) in labor studies, literature, and cultural theory. Andi's extensive teaching career includes roles at the City University of New York, Marist College, The Culinary Institute of America, and Bard College. At The Culinary Institute of America, she was Assistant Dean and founded the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.
