To Make Chilli Chicken

Chicken - 1 Kg
Green Chilli - 10 Nos
Curry Leaves
Salt - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp
Water - 2 Cups
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Onion - 1 No.
Capsicum - 1 No.
Soy Sauce - 3 Tsp
Corn Flour Slurry
Coriander Leaves


Method

To a kadai, add ten slit green chillies, fresh curry leaves, one tsp of salt, two tsp of coriander powder, one tsp of red chilli powder, one tsp of garam masala powder, two tsp of fresh ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add two cups of water to it and let it boil.
Then add one kg of chicken pieces to it.
Cook for five minutes.
Add the juice of half lemon, Mix it all again.
Cover the kadai and cook for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes add the onion wedges and capsicum wedges and mix it all well.
Add three tsp of soya sause and mix.
Add corn flour slurry and mix well.
Once the gravy thickens, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix again.
No oil chilli chicken is ready to be served nice and hot.
