Make your Blog Comments Appear Above and on Top of All Other Blog Comments

For example here's a webpage that already has 332 comments. So if your comment appears at the bottom of the list there is no way anybody's going to see it.
The discuss comment system is already configured, in most cases, so that your comment appears that the top but most all other commenting systems this isn't the case, new comments appear at the bottom.
In case you haven't noticed before, most commenting systems have a link titled REPLY that allow you to apply to another person's comment so if you want your blog comment to appear near the top simply reply to somebody's comment that is already at the top of the page.
