Recreating Traditional Eastern Guardian Lions! 🦁
This stunning 3D model Foo Dog from the Jingu Temple in Taoyuan was originally built in 1811 during the Qing Dynasty and rebuilt in 1923 by master craftsman Chen Ying-bin.
The lion’s open mouth, intricate carvings, and muscular form—highlighted by the detailed lines on its ears, limbs, and ribbed sides—were faithfully captured through a phone camera, converted into a 3D file, and printed using Phrozen Water-Washable Tough Resin!
