Adobe Terms of Service Update Impact on Landscape Photographers
Adobe notified Photoshop users of a new Terms of Service Update last week that set the Internet into a roar. Numerous posts, videos, news articles, and more were about how Adobe was overstepping, scanning and reviewing your content, relicensing it for sale, and training its AI on it.
If you are a landscape photographer using Adobe products, how is this going to affect you? Should you be worried? Do you need to look for alternative software?
In this video, I discuss what people are concerned about, examine the sections in question, provide my thoughts, and review Adobe’s June 6th and June 10th clarifications on these updates.
