During the Second World War, there were many members of the Hitler Youth who were drafted into service in the German Army. But at the end of the conflict, there were some who spied on the Allies and reported back to the Wehrmacht. Two teenagers, Heinz Petry who was aged 16 and Josef Schoner were both executed by US Army firing squads for this and they were ruthless in their actions as the two teenagers were secured to the firing post.
