TRANSCRIPT:
Nothing is more annoying than when you get an error like this online. Actually, there's a lot of things that are more annoying, but this one's still pretty annoying.
And some of these systems are smart enough that if you click space, it still doesn't work.
So, what do you do?
Use something called the "blank" or "invisible" character.
So, the invisible character is an actual character, meaning like a symbol, or letter, or number, or whatever, that you can type, that actually is counted as a character, but shows up as nothing.
So, in this example, I'm writing commands. And the command is, cd. If I write anything else in here, it messes up my whole flow.
But, they make me have to put in three characters, so what do I do? I can simply paste in the invisible character, and now, whoops, did that wrong.
And now, it works.
So, bookmark the link, serp.ly forward slash invisible character, and it will take you to whatever the latest and greatest way I have of letting you copy this is, so that you can use it to get around those annoying words. Warnings in the future.
