Leave out the meat and you have vegetarian curry ^_^
Recipe:
-400g rice
-500ml water (or finger-water method)
(I always cook more rice to have the option to make fried rice 1-2 days later)
-200g beef
-1 potato
-1 carrot
-1/2 onion
-1 tbsp garlic powder
-1 tbsp paprika powder
-MSG
-salt
-pepper
-600-700ml water
-2-3 blocks Golden Curry
-1 tbsp potato starch dissolved in water
Fry the meat and vegetables with oil in a pan over medium heat, don't forget your spices. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until ingredients are tender.
Turn the heat down to low and add the golden curry mix. Add 1 tbsp potato starch (dissolved in some water) in the pot and then stir to thicken.
