My recommended have been full of these types of videos lately. I thought this one by Mechanical Design Brain was really cool so I studied it to figure out how it worked and then simulated it in p5js.
It's two four bar linkages with a shared crank and connecting rods/couplers that extend beyond the rocker joint to control the arms of this loading mechanism. Very cool how one single motor can produce this much coordinated motion. Once you figure out the four bar linkages (1) you can then determine the positions of the remaining joints from triangle geometry since the 1* joints are just the extension of the connecting rods/couplers and one you know those they each form triangles with a fixed joint and a moving joint (2).
I plan to make a more in depth video on this topic in the future!
