Hello, this is Leb from TrialLine and today I’m going to show you how to navigate and work in TrialLine’s “List View”.
First things first, to access the ‘List View’ simply click the 'List of Events' button from the right hand toolbar in the relative view of your TrialLine.
The 'List View' displays all of the events in your TrialLine, along with general information about each event, including their start and end dates, the event titles, the category each event is in, any tags attached to the events, any exhibit numbers associated with the events, the date the events were added to the TrialLine, and how many comments have been made on each event.
It’s important to note that you can sort all of your events in the list view by clicking on the header for each individual column.
‘START’, ‘END’, ‘EXHIBIT #’, ‘DATE ADDED’ and ‘COMMENTS’ sort the events numerically, based on the values in each respective column, while ‘TITLE’, ‘CATEGORY’ and ‘TAGS’ will sort the events alphabetically.
One click will sort the events from smallest numerical value to largest, or forward in the alphabetical order, depending on the column, while another click will sort in the opposite direction.
To the right of all of your event information, you’ll see three buttons that enable you to ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’ an event, and you can also choose to hide events from the relative view here as well.
Up above all of your event information, you’ll see seven menu options:
The ‘ADD NEW EVENT’ button enables you to create new events directly from the ‘LIST VIEW’.
The ‘UPLOAD SPREADSHEET’ button enables you to upload all of your events in one step, using one of our template spreadsheets.
The ‘DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE’ button allows you to download one of the two template spreadsheets available in TrialLine: the ‘BASIC’ template and the ‘FULL FEATURES’ template.
The only difference between those two templates is that the ‘FULL FEATURES’ template includes fields for medical provider details, while the ‘BASIC’ template does not.

The ‘VIEW TRIALLINE’ button will take you back to the ‘Relative View’ of your TrialLine.
The ‘OTHER VIEWS’ button will take you to the ‘VIEWS’ window for your TrialLine where you’ll be able to see all of the views that you have shared or saved.
The ‘DASHBOARD’ button will take you back to the main dashboard, while the ‘EDIT SETTINGS’ button will take you to the ‘EDIT SETTINGS’ window for your TrialLine where you can make changes to its general information, change the background image, edit the categories, and more.
You can determine how many of your events display in the 'List View' by choosing '25', '50', '100' or 'All' from the drop down menu at the bottom of the event list.
And that is how you work and navigate in the ‘List View’.
