Our guest speaker this week is Caitlin Fogarty, sharing an Intro to Mycopermaculture.

Discover the mycological queendom with an introductory foray into the history, current use, and future potential of fungi. There’s more to see than edible mushrooms! The spheres of fungal art, food, medicine, and mycoremediation will be covered and participants will learn how to cultivate oyster mushrooms in their garden/home. Join us for the mycorevolution!

Caitlin Fogarty is a permaculture consultant, plant/fungi geek and community organizer. She spends her time living in community and designing permaculture gardens and lifestyles through her company Regenerative Designs LLC and organizes educational events and community action days as Program Director for Orlando Permaculture.
