6 minced garlic cloves
2-3 heads of broccoli (stems included, diced)

3 carrots diced
½ purple cabbage
Thai basil or italian basil
Black pepper and salt to taste
¼ cup lime juice
Tofu:
2 blocks firm tofu
1 tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground ginger
1.5 tsps ground paprika
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp soy sauce
