1. Open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
2. Tap on your profile picture at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Tap on the + icon at the top
4. Select "Reel" to start creating a new reel.
5. Record your video or select a video from your gallery.
6. Once your video is ready, tap on the Next button.
7. Scroll down to the bottom and tap on More Options.
8. Scroll down and find Enable Closed Captions.
9. Tap on this toggle switch button to enable auto-captions.
10. Go back and tap on the Share button.
Now, your friends and followers will see closed captions at the bottom of your reels displaying what you have spoken in the video.
