Make CHRISTMAS Baked Donuts…using a Cake Mix!!
Need an edible gift idea? Or a Christmas morning breakfast treat? Try these baked donuts! My favorite part of this recipe is that it uses a cake mix to make it come together in a snap! I created a vanilla almond, lemon, and chocolate ganache! You’re going to love them!
1 package cake mix (vanilla, chocolate, lemon, whatever!)
¼ cup butter, melted
½ cup sour cream
½ cup water
1 large egg
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Approximately ½-1 teaspoon extract
