NO BAKE Swiss Roll Raspberry Cake in less than 30 minutes!!
This cake is a quick no bake cake that comes together using swiss roll snack cakes. The raspberries and whipped chocolate frosting brings a nice lightness to the heavier/richer snack cakes.
30 Minute Chocolate Raspberry Swiss Roll Cake
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Bittersweet Ganache
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
6 oz package raspberries
I used a little less than 2 boxes of Swiss rolls
