Being an indie app developer requires balancing a lot of information and wearing many hats. Not only are we developers and designers, but we are customer support, finance, strategy, admin, and more. To do all of this well, you need good infrastructure.
Now as developers, hearing the word “infrastructure” probably brings visions of technical infrastructure like databases, cloud storage, frameworks, and more. While technical infrastructure is important, it’s only part of the broader infrastructure you need as an indie developer.
In this video, I’m going to talk about the types of infrastructure I use as an indie developer.
Some of the tools include Notion, Figma, Xcode, and Google Sheets.
