Stop Excel from Scrolling with Arrow Keys: Easy Fix
If you somehow accidentally hit the Scroll Lock key on your keyboard the arrow keys in Microsoft Excel will stop working like you are used to. Instead of moving from cell to cell they now cause the Excel worksheet to scroll.
To fix the problem, find the Scroll Lock key on your keyboard and press it once. That should fix the problem and the arrow keys should work once again.
For Microsoft Windows, if you don't a Scroll Lock key, or can't find it you can use the On-Screen Keyboard to turn off Scroll Lock
