► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
300 g dried plums (pitted)
Pour warm water and leave for 5 minutes
15 g gelatin + ~ 40 g cold water
Let stand for 5-10 minutes
200g walnuts
Drain the water from the prunes and pat dry
350 g sour cream
~ 100g powdered sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
Melt the swollen gelatine
quickly get everything in shape
Cover the top with cling film
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
~ 30 g milk chocolate + 30 g warm cream (33-36%)
Garnish with chopped nuts and chocolate syrup
A very tasty and healthy dessert!
