► Recipe and ingredients:
250 g sugar

200 ml cream (33% fat)

Grease the mold at least 2-3 times with chocolate

Beat the cooled caramel well with a mixer
50 g uncrushed peanuts
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Decorate with remaining chocolate
