Here's the final video in my Iowa/Minnesota bash series. As my friends and I made our way back south to Iowa from Minnesota, we made a stop along the Wisconsin-Minnesota state border formed by the mighty Mississippi River. We hopped over the border into Prescott, Wisconsin where we saw two BNSF trains. Afterwards we went back into Minnesota to see CPKC 250 in Hastings. Note the Milwaukee Road lift bridge. While it might look old, its actually from 1981. The 1,755 foot (535 m) structure was rebuilt from a swing bridge built in 1910. Today the span lifts for river barges making the trek up and down the river.
