After Effects For Beginners Tutorial – Introduction and Standard Workflow – Part 1 | FordeeTV
I've gotten several requests to do a beginner after effects series and am finally getting around to do it. Here's part one of a several part series to get you going with After Effects. You will learn the interface, how to customize the workspace, what a standard After Effects workflow looks like and we'll create a project / animation putting this knowledge into action. We will create a 2D animation of an elephant walking across a grassy scene with a sun that rises in the distance. This series is not meant for intermediate or advanced users (if you are intermediate or advanced please watch my other tutorials). If this series gets a good response I will create an intermediate and advance series as well for those who want to go harder!
I am planning to make a few other Beginner series as well... as always feedback is welcome.
