I have been working on an experimental live NPC flood transformation process, using Halo 3 Flood SNPCs as a base since I wanted to get a prototype working quickly. I managed to transfer the infection animation to the valvebiped skeleton so most NPC models get bonemerged to its skeleton.
As stated above, I won't be releasing this since it's not all my work. Maybe one day in the future I'll make my own Halo 3 flood ecosystem addon or something so it can be released, but for now I have other things to make.
