Stephen Douglas’s fatal crash 2023 (report aftermath)
During the Chivers Memorial Day at Daylesford Speedway, Stephen Douglas would lose control of his Ford Falcon, and crash into a fence, his car then rolled multiple times, then was hit by 2 other drivers while sliding on the dirt. Stephen Douglas received serious injuries to his upper-body and died shortly after the incident.
