So let’s get started with the PS4 turned off
Next, unplug the power cable from the PS4
Grab the PS4 controller that won’t connect
Flip it around
And on the back of the controller
You’ll see a small hole on the top right side
This is where the hard reset button is located
Next, grab a paper clip
And with the paper clip, press and hold the reset button for 5 - 10 seconds.
Once you’re done with that
Plugin the power cable
Then connect a USB cable from the PS4 to your Controller
And Press the Home button To complete the process
