In this video we will be unboxing a New Williams by Bachmann Amtrak Pacific Surfliner Locomotive. Item Number: 23401 at the Westacres Marina. We will run this locomotive on my layout using the Lionel ZW Transformer in conventional mode. My grandchildren will help with the unboxing and running this locomotive.
